These updates take into account current legislation, for example on the disposal of waste and surface water, the provision of minewater heat to the whole of the site, service utilities such as electricity supply and much more.

Such a report has been necessary to take forward the project and offer a meaningful summary of what is required when seeking financial grants and planning permissions.
